It was in FL at my brothers place. I was sitting at the bar/counter, the dining room side, looking at the kitchen side. I saw smoke, and told Paul. Come to find out, the foil tent on the bird had touched the temp sensor on the oven, shorting it out. This meant that the oven was either off, or running up to clean! We spent the next couple of hours turning the oven on and off to keep the temps level-ish. The bird came out fine... and dinner wasn't screwed up! |
