Put a down payment on two sheds and a porch entrance for the big shed. One is 14'x 30' to house the golf cats, skid steer and some other equipment. The other is 24'x 30'. It's biggest the company is licensed to make in the state of Florida. Windows, double doors, electric outlets and switches installed. Inside will house an 8' x 10' room a 10'x 10' room and a 4'x 8' records storage room. Yes, it will cost a bit. Inside will be unfinished but ready to insulate, add a/c and wall board. Sue's new field office. Much cheaper than building a small house. Transporters will require an escort and sheds will have to be placed by crane. The 24' x 30' is in two sections that will be joined onsite. It's going on the property we just finished clearing. Stump grinder did his work today. All that's left is grading, leveling and picking up stones. Then we can put in the irrigation and ground cloth. New fences will be coming I have to take some current pictures. The sheds won't be done for 8 to 12 weeks. I think I'll be busy for awhile. Expanding the nursery is seriously cutting into my DNBFS time. lol I can see work for miles and miles and miles and miles.
