Still waiting for brake parts to show up.....did I say I went with the DBA XS drilled an slotted rotors and the Hawk HP pads...or paddlets in this case..... Got them in a package deal from Maryland Speed Shop.....nobody could touch them in price. Got the black hat XS rotors and pads and SS lines for 850 bucks delivered....... that was 200 to 400 dollars cheaper than anyplace else...... just saying...... the shop downtown wanted to sell me just off the shelf rotors and pads only for 900 bucks..... Might be worth a look if your are thinking brakes on your C5's or C6's..... Front pads from local dealer were quoted at 398.65 for the pair....... yeah....that did not happen..... The DBA rotors were a bit more but cool significantly better then stock and are what was recommended by the think tank over on the other forum....... just thought you should know all this... |
