TB, that's a nice story with the quilt. Brad, congrats on getting the car home. Tommy, enjoy your pot...s. On Friday I did about 3 1/2 hours of yard work at Mom's house. I cut down about a dozen small trees and then I had to dig out two ancient steel laundry line posts set in concrete. That was sooooo much fun. Then I patched some drywall and I had to get going. Yesterday the wife and I took the kids to the Volo Auto Museum. I recommend looking them up online. Kids had a ball and we saw a lot of cars and weird memorabilia. I saw a car there that was actually restored by a friend of mine. Pretty cool. Then in the evening we had a family party for my sister in law graduating her medical program. She'll be doing something with ultrasounds on veins and tissue or something like that. Today the kids and I put together the new patio furniture we bought last fall on sale. Then we did some errands and played baseball. I've had a whirlwind weekend and I'm exhausted. Hope everyone had a great day! |
