Yesterday I was at my buddy's shop doing a headlight motor rebuild on a C5 (both sides). I've never done one on a C5 but it wasn't bad at all. I think start to finish was 3 1/2 hours but that included looking up the instructions, getting set up, clean up, etc. A few pictures are below. Quote:
