We took GS#1 up there to get him enrolled in the carpentry program. It was pretty much an all day affair, by the time we got back home. We did make it back in time for me to go out to mens nights golf. I struck the ball well, but we couldn't score worth a hoot. Tommy, those are good times and you wonder why you don't do it more often. Letty, never tried, so can't say whether or not it is common. I have issues enough with my ears, don't want to push my luck. The best bosses I've had were the ones that, more or less, told me what my responsibilities were, then just got out of my way and let me do what I was hired to do. Those that wanted to micromanage always set me off. It was a really pretty day....once the fog burned off and a nice evening for golfing. |
