He says that he is 30 now and feels that's what he should make. No other reason. Then, to make himself look better, he told the owner that it was everyone else's fault up here that he's unhappy and told a few lies on us all. Owner flat out called him a liar and shot back at him with all of HIS faults such as putting up with his previous drug habit, physical abuse to his daughter when they dated, having to work around his DWIs and what not, etc. The list goes on. Trying to better one's self is expected. Trying to sneak behind your owner's back, trying to undermine the business, etc that's been happening from what I'm hearing is different. Plus he doesn't understand he can't just go open up a shop out of the blue in a small town and expect to float and bring in that kind of money. His wife will have to work then pay daycare for the two kids that now get to enjoy sitting home. He says he wants to have the cars and home like the owner has who's busted his ass for 31 years to get where he is. I hate to tell this kid but you can't just go open up a shop in a town of 22,000 and think you can buy a new truck, a new Tesla, a $450,000 house, a new Mercedes SUV, have a 30,000 inground pool installed and other things overnight. |
