Subject: I finally get healthy enough to run again, now this by DrEvil on 2008/2/7 19:02:29 Finally got my feet taken care of so I can run again. I havent run in over 2 months due to various foot problems. Even my shin splints healed. I ran 3 miles Monday at a decent pace 9:32 avg. Tues I felt a bit weird in my upper respritory but shrugged it off as nothing. It hit yesterday full blown upper cold/sinus problems. Last night it made its way to my chest. I cant hear, taste, I'm dizzy, sore throat and earaches. I'm all loaded up on drugs now. Is this my body's way of saying no to my staying in shape? Sheesh. |
