To tell the truth John I have not even looked yet... The Dakota dash has all sorts of nifty tricks that I have learned. I am keeping track of the miles on it. But I didn not look tonight.

another long day but a good one. Took 20 out of Idaho Falls and headed up the big hills.... saw lots of potatoes being grown.... Idaho Famous Potatoes on their license plates you know. Saw some of the most amazing country God ever thought up. I love the American West... kept going till we hit Jackson Hole which is a tourist trap for rich folks.... had a Buffalo burger and Tots for lunch which was delish.....then we started in with the souvs....had to hit every store....we only bought the cheap stuff...but nice...

then we take off and stop for gas and they were out of gas which is worrisome..... so she said there was a place 10 miles down the road so we missed that place rubbernecking the Tetons....good Lord those are majestic mountains...went by the airport all lined up with privet jets... so I am below half a tank and don't want to turn around so thought we could make it to Dubois....55 miles....course it was 55 miles straight up....after awhile I thought here we go again....but popped over a hill and bless their hearts there was a camp ground with a fuel outlet.....thank you thank you....I knew there would be fuel along the way.... not....

Old Nellie was acting sluggish after we took off it was like 93 degrees and we are loaded with souvenirs as well as all our other junk....I been running High Test in baby...giving her all the help I can....at one point I am in 2nd and have the Quads feathering in....it is nice to hear a four bbl doing its thing....been to long. So I get to the top and it says we are at 9600 feet.....holy moly no wonder baby is struggling.....hell we can hardly breath....damn... Temp never got over 185 with the air on even on the big hills....bless Harrison aluminum radiators.... finally hit the flat and let her run out....it is flat and wide and smooth so I put her up to 80 and let her sit there for awhile....not one complaint...and we are still around 6000 feet above sea level....in the 90's.

the other thing I love is having the high beam clicker on the floor....where God intended to be.....

Anyway we made it to Casper WY and will make it home tomorrow if all goes as planned.... right now I am loving the Fiddysix....Good night guru's...
