Subject: Re: August 9th 2018 by vetteblondie on 2018/8/9 18:09:53 Happy Anniversary Tee! Been raining here - was happy to have a last minute bug-off trip to the beach with a friend over the weekend. Wasn't planned. She had a memorial visitation thing in Mobile and didn't want to ride alone so at the last minute talked me into going with. Met some cool family of hers and it was some kinda adventure to say the least. Between missing the memorial due to backed up traffic because of an accident, getting lost finding the place once we got there, then arriving at the family house - once there we were in our dress clothes and heels using shovels sweating removing fully grown 'pups' from her sagos. we took home an FJ Cruiser full, another relative took home a Sierra truck bed full, some still left. Hotel at 3am, it was plain nuts. worn out still. Glad for a work week that's not too hectic. Hoping to work on my nap skills tomorrow. Hope everyone has been doing okay |
