When he died (96 years old) he left her the house and the lot next door (which has the 14 x 22 garage I use for my storage) to her. With all the help we have giving her and the boys, she has deeded the lot with the garage over to us, and we will get some cash when she sells the house to pay us back....sort of. She, and the other two boys live with her significant other, in the house he inherited when his mother passed away. So she doesn't need it as much as she could use the money. If #1 GS comes home, he'll just have to find someplace else to live. So we have been working on that as well.
