I'd sure like to know how the h3ll he hit the passenger side of the car...front and back doors, rear fender AND the back end. The car drives...I drove it up on the trailer. I brought it home as I just couldn't haul it to the salvage yard. The local body shop guy has a CTS that he picked up, been in his possession for almost three years and the guy has never come back to get it. Storage fees have eaten up more than the value, so he has started the process of taken ownership of the car. It's a long drawn out story, I don't have time to explain everything, but the car isn't too bad...needs a battery, tires, windshield and the headlights are foggy. All these parts can be removed from the wrecked one, plus a few more. I would like to pull the engine/trans and keep it,but no sure whether I'll do that. Anyway he let me unload the car and park it next to the other one so we can transfer parts. The trailer I borrowed pulled like a dream, both empty and loaded. |
