I was bitching at Sue how disorganized she was today. She told me "I have all this stuff going on and I can't find anybody that wants to work. Nobody wants to work in this heat.Everybody has they same problem. Look at all the signs on the nurseries (Hay trabajo) and at all the stores." I did a couple of pick ups for her this afternoon. I'm one of the ones that doesn't want to work.

This is a sign. We need a half a million migrants that want to work at all the menial jobs nobody else will. $11.00 to start and most don't make it through a day. Let the screening across the border begin. Note: The Guatemalans seem to work harder than the Mexicans. Send up an EXPRESS bus. We need green card holders asap. Don't give me any of that start them at $15.00 an hour shit either unless you want to pass it on to the customers. Then we are more than willing but we'll get undercut by illegal ops.

My neighbor owns a property maintenance company and has gone through about 18 employees so far this year and he pays his guys $15 an hour. All his guys are legal and screened for their arrest record. A number of them needed a mental health screening. Just sayin.
