Alarm went off and my plan was to go finish the job for the former student in the next town over, but, got a call from middle daughter (works at the county road and bridge dept) saying she could send a few guys over to help move the counter tops of the cabinets I moved Saturday, so plan change, go up to the new health office building to get those moved. That took us about 45 minutes. Then off to finish the cabinets. That job took us about an hour.and on the way home I had a call from a church lady to meet them att he church to look at a project...that ended up a non-project....then father had another issue that needed dealing with. Also in attendance was the guy I'm helping with his kitchen and we decided that we could assemble cabinets this afternoon, so I went over there at 1pm to assemble cabinets and worked on them until he had to stop to teach a martial arts class he does. We'll finish those up tomorrow morning. Came home to relax and had a friend stop be with some hinges I needed and we chatted for a while.....my arse is dragging and I'm pretty sure I'll sleep tonight. |
