Subject: RE:Real estate question... by Mr_Mojo on 2008/2/11 23:08:48 I remember my point now. It was, don't worry about it, if you like the house live in it, don't sell it and do what you want to it. But obviously, putting a $100,000 kitchen in it and then trying to sell the house 6 months later doesn't make sense. I've seen people both with cars and houses pour so much money into it and then complain when they lose money. |
