The last day of 2018 chat 12.31.18

Good Morning CGs!

I apologize for being missing for the past week. I have been on vacation and have been enjoying the holidays with my family. I've also had a few projects going on around the house and whatnot. The biggest project is we have been preparing our master bedroom for new flooring. This is the last room in the house that needed to be done. I actually worked on Christmas day to get the carpet pulled up and prepped. As it sits right now, everything is torn up and the room is cleared. My brother-in-law and I did the closet floor the other day so I could get the semi-custom shelving reinstalled. That part is done and it looks really good. We had to take a break because he went out of state for new years. We will resume on Wednesday.

Aside from that I have been in the process of flipping another toolbox. That has been going well but it takes a lot of my time listing and selling the tools. I've sold about $3,000 worth of tools in three days. Not bad.

Today we will be taking the kids to lunch/dinner and then a movie in the evening. That's kind of our thing on New Year's Eve.

I tried to catch up on some of the past posts. It seems like everyone has been busy. I'm glad you guys enjoyed the holidays. Gris, I'm sorry to hear about your son and his chemo. I hope everything works out.

I'd like to wish everybody a Happy New Year.

Hopefully 2019 will bring us a new website and prosperity
