My sister and BIL called me this morning, said they were in town for sis's dental appointment, and wanted to stop by and see me for a few. So about 11:30 they stopped. The weather is getting worse, and they living north west of here an hour, they needed to get on the road. About an hour later I get another call from my sis, they are in the town north of us and they stopped at a store to pick something up and my BIL had fallen hit his head, and they took him to the local hospital. I told sis to keep me informed...about an hour later she called back and my BIL passed away. They never got his heart started again....Doctor said he thought he had a massive heart attack and that's why he fell. not that the fall and hitting his head caused it.........Two years and one day since my little brother. Beginning to hate January. We had a really nice, but short visit this morning, never thinking it would be the last time we'd talk..... |
