We were fooled the other day because it made it up to about 46....then promptly dropped to 5 overnight. Tommy, I agree with you about the flipping endeavor. I wouldn't want to be involved in that. Yes there is a lot of money to be made if done right and timed correctly. There is also a lot of money and time to be spent and lost if done wrong and not timed correctly. The ribs are still tender. Slowly recovering. It's better than it was before so I guess that's a good sign. Thanks to everyone for the well wishes. Hope everyone had a great weekend! |
