This morning, I put together a new workbench. I dithered over whose and which workbench to buy for years—basically since we built the new garage. Rex Ruby's shock that I had no table in the garage when we replaced Grace's spark plugs last year finally got me to pull the trigger. The vendor I initially purchased the workbench from, who I found on Amazon, canceled the order after about a month, saying it was undeliverable. Hmmm … I ordered from the much-maligned Best Buy. It arrived in two days, with free shipping, for a couple of dollars less than Amazon. Hmmm … again. The workbench I got is the Gladiator GarageWorks four foot wide adjustable workbench: https://www.gladiatorgarageworks.com/p ... EG%5d-5594097/GAWB04HWEG/ I'm sure many on Guru have bigger benches, but I feel this will suit my needs. I have it adjusted almost all the way up–to my waist height. |
