WHAT TO DO WITH ALL THE UNEMPLOYED TAX LAWYERS, ACCOUNTANTS, AND BUREAUCRATS? WELL, SOMEBODY HAS TO SWEEP THE STREETS AND PICK UP GARBAGE ;-)
