SUNNY, CALM, AND COOL IN THE NATIONS THIS MORNING, A GOLDILOCKS MORNING FO' SHO'

YESTERDAY BRAVECAT, AFTER YEARS OF HUMILIATION BY THE TREE RATS, FINALLY, IN HER OLD AGE CAUGHT A SQUIRREL. SHE PROUDLY DEPOSITED IT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUN ROOM RUG. HER MAJESTY THE WIFE WAS NOT AMUSED. “GET THAT OUT OF THE HOUSE” I USUALLY THROW HER (CAT NOT WIFE) ROUGHLY OUT THE DOOR WHEN SHE BRINGS SOMETHING DEAD IN THE HOUSE, TO THE TUNE OF UNDELETED EXPLETIVES, BUT THIS TIME I JUST DISPOSED OF THE SQUIRREL. THE ELDERLY DESERVE THEIR LITTLE VICTORIES.

#1 DAUGHTER COMING OVER THIS MORNING, NOT SURE IF SHE'S COMING TO SEE US OR THE DOG :-) HOPE SHE BRINGS THE LITTLE GIRLS, BUT THEY MAY BE STILL IN SCHOOL. AND THEY'RE NOT SO LITTLE ANY MORE.

THAT WAS ONE HARDCORE FARMER, MARCUS. MUST BE PART COYOTE.

THAT WAS A CONFUSING START THIS MORNING, TOMMY.
