Congrats on the birthday Matt. It's nice to see how your growing into a middle aged curmudgeon. One day I'm sure you'll be a grumpy old f@(% for sure. You have all the tools you need for that. In the future you will look back and most of us will be gone on to greener pastures. ;)


Started working on the bathroom with a small storage room out by the back office. This is good. I'm only about a year and a half behind on it. Once I get rolling then it all starts coming together. Rain delay right now but I'm seeing what materials I need on this trip to HD. The first of many trips I'm sure. I'm doing it in stages. First is the sub floor then I'll start framing the walls. Like in the office the corner posts are already in place. I'll show some pics in a later stage. I'm incorporating some of the old structure with the new.
