Same for dinner, I always ask for a 'quiet spot' or one away from the crowd. Not long ago at Olive Garden, we asked for a booth away from others and were seated nicely. Not long after, soon as we began to eat, a diff server put two families RIGHT beside us with small kids. One table was fine, kids made noises and that was ok. The other - OMG there as a boy over there plenty big enough to have his ass paddled hollering and showing out, throwing crap. Mom sat right there and did nothing. The 'quieter' table when kid would get loud you'd hear her trying to correct the kid and use it as a teaching experience. Well done to that lady. |
