Subject: Re: 22 JULY 19 by teebee on 2019/7/22 22:21:43 Hey guys... Met up with Marcus and the Mrs. yesterday morning in KC and we caravanned al the way to Bowling Green, KY. We picked up a third member east of Columbia MO. After we got here, we met up with a third couple. It was a tiring ordeal, but we went out to eat at Olive Garden to finish the day. Today we went to the National Corvette Museum. None of the others had been there before, and Rosie and I were last here in 2005. A lot has changed. I really don’t think they have as many cars now, but what they have are quality cars. Of course, they are monopolizing on the cave in from 5 years ago. They have a whole display about the geology and they cars that went down. Taking something that was really bad and turning it into something good. There’s no C8 here, they are starting to talk about it, and will have one here in a few weeks. Tonight we are all meeting for supper again. It has rained off and on all day. Warm and muggy. |
