Subject: Re: 7.29.19 by TommyT-Bone on 2019/7/29 22:07:52 Went to my cardiologist who read me the results of a Cardiac MRI and calcium score. I went in thinking it would not be that bad. It was worse than I thought. Matter of fact it put me in the lowest 5%. 95% of those tested for my age had a better reading. I have a lot of plaque in my arteries even though I've been on medication for over decade. Med changes, diet changes and other stuff prescribed. Oddly, I eat pretty healthy and the foods that were recommended are already part of my diet. I'm physically active too. Sucks ....... |
