Mid 70s, but humidity levels about the same. Doesn't make me want to go out to the shop to do much. I do need to work on a counter top for the bathroom I'm doing the cabinets for. 41k sq ft? That's big! However I have been in a bigger house.....The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. 179K sq ft. The largest privately owned house in the US. Even though the family doesn't actually live in the house any longer. Very impressive place and I highly recommend going there to see it. You're right, Tommy.....more than just luck involved there.
