Morning guys....I slept in a little this morning. Got almost nothing done yesterday that I had planned on doing....getting more like Tommy every day.

The weather is cooler, but much more humidity..not liking that at all.

I took some lumber back to the lumber yard and noticed my friend (another carpenter) and his SIL were installing a new garage door at the place the lumber yard stores their sheet goods. So I stopped to see how it was going. Walked inside and only the SIL was there. I asked where Kent was and he told me he was at the hospital....What? Oh, his mom (92) fell and broke her hip..... So I asked him how he was going finish the door without help. "Oh, I'll figure it out." AH....no, I'll help you. So I spent mosty of the afternoon helping him finish up the door. They had the door up, just needed to do the spring (torsion) and adjust it. Took us about 3 1/2 hours.

When I left, I got a call to work on a computer, so ran over there to do that. Got home about 5:30 and a friend from the 'city' calls and wants some help with a project he's doing, so I told him come on over.

Make a long story, shorter, he left at 10:45.....no supper for me last night....not that that hurt me any.

Today I have some painting to do on the cabinets and then go hang some sheet rock at daughters house.

Got to get to it. Rock on, gurus!
