I am not motivated at all..... I need to start wid De floors and then move on to other stuff.... all the kids coming home for Thanksgiving.... and the wife is up to her pretty neck in teaching and her classes.... actually I have 2 kids in college right now...... Uboy who is just finishing up his degree and Uwoman working on her Doctorate..... The key to staying in the game is stretching and some resistance training..... like lifting weights.... and walking and being active.... don't ever sit down and lose 20 pounds ....... see nothing to it.....  Better get with it...... have an illuminating day Guru's..... |
