Not sure how many we made, guessing about 180 dozen. They are absolutely delicious, if I do say so myself. I handled every one of the trays at least 6 times (15/tray), you figure out how many trays that is. By the time we cleaned up and I delivered some of the ones I sold, it was 5pm, my feet hurt and I'm dead tired. We had extra dough after using up the filler mix, so it was divided up among those who wanted it...we brought home several lbs and came home and made cinnamon rolls, so now I am really tired. Maybe we can sleep in tomorrow...... Nope, my sis bought a couple dozen, so we will take hers to her tomorrow (an hours drive north and west of here). Good night folks. |
