Working today to make up for not being here when Christmas comes. We all might be Christmas eve not sure yet.
Day already shot to hell. Pint sized trucker dude came in wanting to talk about fleet decal designs and asked for the "book to pick them out in". I tried to explain that I do everyone's custom no two are alike, if he wanted the plain style certainly I can do those as well, his choice. However there's no physical book to simply pick out "a", "b", "c" and so forth. Might've been 15 years ago when things were more simply created and all the custom possibilities didn't exist. Everything is digital now. I was trying to hand him my card and ask what he had in mind, if he'd seen something he liked or had an idea or did he have a logo already or need one, etc.? He got mad as hell stormed out and called me a rude smart ass. WTF? I'm a smart ass simply because he doesn't understand the process or want to listen and let me help him? I'm so confused. I followed him to give him a card anyway and again apologied that there simply isn't a "book" with A, B, C, in there as everything is custom and he hollered and yelled at me. FK that. I don't need it.
This is why I hate people.
Hope everyone has a better day -
