Re: 2 JAN 20

Morning guys....I guess I'm not feeling too hot this morning. Alarm went off, Rosie got up, but I just laid there and she says, "Are you getting up?", "Yea, in a few minutes". The next thing I know the radio is off (plays for an hour on alarm) and I look at the clock and it's been an hour and 45 minutes.

Not sure what's on the agenda today. I had a call from the guy that I have do my mechanic work, he and his wife are both former students, asking me if I was interested in looking at their kitchen for new cabinets. So, I went over and spent a couple hours talking to them and in the end, I thanked them for the opportunity, but declined as it was going to mean a huge amount of time doing all the little custom things they wanted, and I just decided that I didn't want to mess with it, but did agree to build them a custom table.

My sister called last night to update me on her basement project. Looks like I will be headed up there to do a few things pretty soon.

Our neighbor friends called the other day to say they sold their "cabin" out in New Mexico, and were buying another one. If you remember, when we were out in Colorado, we went down to visit them, and at that time, they had put their place on the market and had made an offer on the other place contingent on the sale of their place. Anyway, they want me to go out with them to go through the new place and see what all needs to be done and probably help them with the repairs. So I have that to do this winter/spring.

Waiting on my tax guy to get back with me, he contacted me about doing some work in his house. So he is supposed to bring the trim pieces to spray finish on them, then I can start putting it up.

Just had a call from another contractor (painting/finisher) asking me if I had time, or even wanted, to replace some siding on a house so he could do the painting on it. Had to turn him down, don't really want to do that kind of work.

Looks like 2020 is going to be busy for me.

Better get going, have a great day gurus.
