Made it through another 6 months in spite of my cardiologist scaring the $#!+ out of me on my last visit. I saw the pics so I know what's in there. Trying to wrap around the "Live each day well." mentality. Had a productive day yesterday for the most part undisturbed. Today I seem to be feeling everything that the productive day aggravated. Stiff and achy. Well, I'll try to loosen up and maybe get a half of a productive day in. If not ... there is nothing a nice nap won't help. |
