A woman inside the home shot at the intruders, hitting the 14-year-old who later died. If someone dies during the commission of a felony in Oklahoma, others involved in the crime can be charged with murder. ONLY A LAWYER COULD DREAM UP CRAP LIKE THIS AND CALL IT JUSTICE. WHAT IT IS REALLY IS A WAY FOR POLITICAL PROSECUTORS TO MAKE POINTS. LIKE SUING REMINGTON FOR MAKING A GUN USED TO SHOOT SOMEONE, AN ILLUMINATING EXAMPLE OF THE LAWYER MINDSET. |
