Sue is currently in negotiations for a major corporate contract that has multiple phases. The first phase involves turning an overgrown lake property into a walking path and exercise park. The proposal has to be approved by the City of Homestead. These all require formal proposals and estimates which is something we usually avoid and opt for smaller commercial and residential projects. It's not that we can't do the projects but the hoops you have to jump through and the time invested are front loaded in jobs like these. Personally it is something I really don't like to involve myself in, but for Susan I end up caving in and helping her in her business endeavours. You all understand ..... |
