It would take about 60 to $70K to put up the panels for this place..... we love our juice here...... that is with no storage added....... I'm thinking get a bunch of car batteries in the basement and have them charged up...... or not..... I'm like Gris..... propane and coop electrical....... Now if I was in my 30's or 40's and building a new home I would probably spend the money....... My Brides birthday today....... I'm taking the day off and spending it at home...... which I would be doing anyway with the crap weather we are having.... cold out there... stay huddled up Guru's..... |
