Back was aching and where you might want to go lay down, laying down seemed to exacerbate the pain. Being tired I didn't want to get out of bed. Besides, who wants to be roaming the house at 04:00 A.M. wondering what to do when there is nothing you CAN do. With the current grey skies and lack of restful sleep I see little choice but engage a nap at some point today. Yesterday I laid down around 02:00 and got up around 04:15. I felt like I needed a nap after waking from my nap.  |
