I stopped by the discount tire by my house this morning (2 miles down the road). Very sad to learn they are closing on Saturday for good. I was surprised because I thought they were a busy location but apparently sales didn't meet corporate goals. So the manager told me to call the other location to order tires. I did that and have them on order, should be here in 3-4 days. I also ordered a new short throw shifter and fancy billet shifter knob (the car already has the optional upgraded Hurst shifter which sucks in my opinion). I keep resisting the urge to modify...but a cam, headers, and rear gears wouldn't hurt, right? Right?? Right??? Hope everyone has a great day! Matthew |
