I donno if you all realize this, but bastet44 and I met on on CF... nearly 5 years ago. So that place was very special to me. It was much like a divorce when they canned me. But by the time they did, it was a real relief. I didn't feel comfortable there anymore and I sure as hell didn't want to add to IB's coffers. It took about 3 days for the shit to hit the fan, but once the ball got rolling, it was insane. A couple of stats: This version of Guru came up in Sept 2005. As of Dec 20, 2007, we had 825 members, now we have nearly 1070. In that same time period, we had accumulated about 8000 posts. As of last count, we have now just under 20k posts. That is 12k posts in about 7 weeks. Versus 8k posts in 2 years and 3 months. So yes, there has been rapid growth.
