I come in here when I get back to work and read through things and man, y'all make me tired! I can't keep up with y'all. Work was nuts last week, 2 anxiety attacks, then the tint guy had a meltdown, then the owner had one, something in the water here I suppose. Everyone everywhere is stressed with current situations nationally and MSM keeps us all worked up. I have pretty much avoided "news" anymore and am ashamed to admit now that I've spent most of my career in the "news media" with what they've become. Hot, sticky, overcast, humid and yucky here. Sun pops out now and then. Felt horrible all weekend and just kept my head down. Then tried to do stuff yesterday and overdid it. We must listend to our bodies, get sleep, get hydration and nutrition. I've done none of that this weekend. Matter of fact, 6:41 exactly has been the time Ive woke up 5 days running now. Weird.
