I usually rent from Hertz but they held back $50 from my Covid rental that I cancelled in April so I reserved from Dollar Rent a Car. The first car had a gouge down the hood. They kept bringing f'd up cars. Sue was looking at the 5th car they brought her. It has a big chip on the driver door. I told he to take pics. I told her if she's not happy get her money back and go to another company. Waiting for the follow up call to see if she took one of theirs. Dollar at PHL Airport. Hertz was about $70 more for the week. I never , ever had a problem with Hertz cars. Well she took one and marked all the things wrong with the body on a paper at the office. Next up. The hotel room. Hopefully that will transition smoothly. She's going to the Sheraton Philadelphia University City Hotel. Seems I can never sneak in a good nap these days. Always too much $#!+ going on. Anger has always been my enemy. It always seems to find me. |
