Ben Gay is my friend and a good dose of ibuprofen several times a day. I too need to go to a spinal clinic but I think it will be useless. They will send me for physical therapy for several months to be released to do the exercises on my own. Of course I won't do them and the pain will return. I would prefer a good strong opioid to just mask the pain. Docs don't want to do that anymore. Pressure from the feds. I've been using CBD cream. Might as well just use a placebo. Ben Gay extra strength. Warm and soothing relief for an hour or two. Working in the yard today. 8 backpacks of a Roundup substitute /water . Getting ready to break out the rider. 2 guys working the yard today with me. See ya ....... |
