Hot again today.... after vigorous activities yesterday I am down in the back today..... Sciatica is not our friend..... I am finally to the point that I am going in this fall to see if they have any ideas on how to fix it..... we have an excellent Spine Institute over in Lincoln that only deals wid bad backs..... one foot in front of the other... Keep the AC going Guru's...... I still like it better than snow..... |
