A busy morning, as the basement now has another coat of Drylok—my Apple Watch tells me that I expended 392 calories doing the work and that my heart rate hit 125 bpm. Ivelis has mowed the front lawn in a snazzy diamond pattern, and now we're both relaxing.

Right now, I'm watching a re-run of last night's Flyers/Canadiens game, but I already know that my beloved Flyers have moved on to the next round. Tomorrow, the Indy 500—go Marco!
