I was off work for 6 months and was way too active for my age - landscaping/digging/under cars/jumping up and down off the truck/lifting and hauling. Literally everything hurt, I couldnt even get a coffee cup out the cupboard in the mornings without my shoulder (either one) creaking and popping - and then I'd work outside all day again. Now I have a job again (corporate desk job mainly from home) I'm no longer in pain and I'm looking forward to working on a couple cars this weekend. Happy long weekend gurus! |
