I have worked thru the pain for a long time but did not find it debilitating only a nuisance... Advil is my friend... the lower back pain is workable its the damn sciatica down the back of both legs that is holding me back....some days I can't even stand up straight..... I had this back in 15 but worked my self out of it and I was only 65 back then.... today I'm a bit further along..... it's icking my wow...... but the floors still need cleaned and I will not let anything keep me from my appointed tasks..... got so much I could do around here I don't want to do any of it..... I could use some inspiration...... anybody got any? move forward like a herd of turtles Guru's.... |
