October is a transition month from hurricane threats to a more normal pattern. November usually leaves us saying 'It's still hot outside." and the raining starts to subside. Suburban is getting closer to completion. Getting ready to paint. They are going to shoot the back bumper on our dime to bring it all into better color consistency. Went to the casino last night to drop a few dimes. Sue came out $500 up and I came away $160 up. Put that into a gambling fund so that we play on their money, till we don't. ;) Played for about 3 1/2 hours. We are up over the last couple of months. We play for recreation only. Don't expect to win or lose too much. |
