Re: 3 OCTOBER 2020

The insurance company finally got back to me and they are giving me the agreed value. So that's a good thing. The car was towed out of the driveway yesterday morning. I just got back from the post office because I had to mail them the title. There is some damage to the driveway which I expected. The driveway guy is supposed to come by and take a look and give me some recommendations on what to do.

I said I wasn't going to jump into buying a new car right away but I've been looking already. I like the idea of an older muscle car but some of the prices out there are exorbitant for a nice 60s Mustang. And to be honest with you I'm not sure I would be happy with it performance and handling wise. I think I want either an early 90s Mustang Fox body or a C5 Corvette. But either one has to be a convertible and if it's a Corvette I want it modified, of course.

There is a 98 or 99 Corvette convertible on Facebook for sale not far from me for $10,000. It looks like a good driver condition car but it's all stock and if I can find one that's already modified for slightly more that would be better. I don't really want to spend $6,000 on a supercharger if I can buy one already on the car for two or three.

Hope everyone has a great day!
