We got as far as the 'city', and when crossing over an overpass, we went into a slide...luckily, I was able to keep it from going out of complete control. We decided to continue as we thought the temps would warm up. But a few miles east of the 'city' proved otherwise. So we turned around and headed home. When we came back over where I had skidded, the sheriffs office, had the road blocked off, an ambulance was up there and an F150 was on it's top and another small car wiped out beside it. Rosie says, "I think we made the right decision to go back home." Nice wintry mix going on here and supposed to continue through tomorrow. |
