We are expecting tropical storm force winds and rain. That puts me on flood watch. I got a lot of things up and out of the high water marks of the past. Winds should just be gusty. We'll see. The center shifted more toward Miami. That could be good. The right side of the storm is what they call "the dirty side". That's where all the flooding rains lie.
