She parked, had the sign in her hand and a guy pulled over and bought it in the condition it was in with the #1 injector bad. Bought it for $3500. To fix it right will cost about $1200 more. It's a 2000 Chevy 2500 Express long bed with about 87k miles. One less egg to fry.  To be honest, the problem started after I put in some Lucas top end lubricant and injector cleaner. I guess it's like the old crusty dried up dust and oil around valve covers. As long as you don't clean it, they won't leak. |
